Refund Policy For Goods
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please note: TwoQM does not sale many physical products. Any limited edition merchandise cannot be returned. Any merchandise obtained through a giveaway or as a price cannot be returned.
Refund Policy For Services
TwoQM, generally begins the service you have requested after payment has been received. We follow a process of communication from beginning to end. Once we understand what you are looking for, we begin working on the service you have requested. Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on services we offer. We require your approval to start. You may only request a cancellation before TwoQM begins working.
