How do I get started?

Select a plan or claim your business report to get started.

Why do I have to schedule a zoom call?

We need to speak to you or your team to start creating your digital signage, website, and social media. We are not much help without talking to you.

What happens after I sign up?

You will need to fill in a quick onboarding questionnaire on your own or with us via zoom. 

How long does the onboarding process take?

It takes an average of two weeks to go live.

Digital signage: 3 days

Social media content: 7 days

Website: 14 days


Are websites tailored?

Yes, we will create your website with your needs in mind.

Is social media content branded?

Yes, content is specifically created for your particular brand or purpose.

Any hidden fees?

No, our pricing page shows exactly what you will pay for the services being rendered. 

I don't have social media pages, can you help?

Yes, we will create your pages, if need be.

Will I see what you create before it is published?

Yes, all content will be sent to you 30 days before publishing for your approval.

Can I send you my pictures and videos to create content?

Yes!

Can I continue to post on my social media?

Yes, you will continue to have access and will be able to publish without problems.

Will you use my brand colors?

Yes, we will ask for your company information, including colors, during our onboarding zoom call.

Can I edit my own website?

Yes, we provide you with access to edit your website. No coding is required!

Can I edit my digital signage?

Yes, you will get access to edit and upload your own content into the digital signage software.

Do I have to make my own edits?

No, if you need to make changes, you can always contact our support team and have them do the changes for you.

I need custom designs for an event, can you help?

We offer up to 1 complimentary custom design per month.

Do you offer graphic design services?

We currently do not offer graphic design services outside of our custom branded social media posts.

Do I host the website you create?

No. We provide secure and high-speed web hosting.

Can I host my own website?

No. We provide secure and high-speed web hosting.

Do I own the website content and funnel content?

Yes. TwoQM does not own any of the content you create. Please keep in mind, that we monitor what is published and any illegal activities are subject to termination of your account.

What happens if I cancel?

Your services will be considered terminated and your credentials will be revoked.

Can I transfer my website if I cancel?

No. Your website is built on our proprietary technology and thus the website code is locked to our platform.

Can I connect my own domain?

Yes, via your CMS you can connect your domain. If you need help, we can assist you as well.
